REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We do not offer refunds, and we will do exchanges only as permitted below:
We will accept for exchange any product that is defective. Examples include DVDs that do not play, battery-operated devices that do not function, broken bottles, etc. All items must be in their original packaging, and you must either contact us or return the item within 10 days of delivery.
Due to the personal nature of our products and hygeine issues we can not give refunds.
To exchange an item simply follow the instructions included with your package. If you ship a defective product back be sure to send us an email to Orders@CondomSenseUSA.com to alert us that the package is coming.
Enclose a note with the order number or name, your shipping address, and an explanation of the defect. All returns will be processed in strict accordance with our stated policies above.
Customer assumes shipping costs to return merchandise. We will re-ship the replacement product at no extra charge.
